Redefining Workplace Arrival at Liverpool’s 1 St Paul’s Square
We recently had the opportunity to collaborate with GPAD on a transformative visual series for 1 St Paul’s Square, a flagship commercial building in the heart of Liverpool. The goal was to depict a seamless integration of contemporary architecture, hospitality-style interiors, and functional wellness spaces—through high-end CGI.
Digital3dworks was commissioned to create immersive renders that encapsulate the upgraded identity of the space, balancing architectural presence with everyday experience. The result is a polished visual toolkit supporting everything from design intent presentations to tenant marketing.
The Entrance Canopy
A sleek steel structure leads the way into the building, designed for visual clarity and architectural confidence. The lightweight canopy with illuminated panels serves both form and function—creating a modern, inviting entry.
CGI focus: architectural edge modeling, metal reflectivity, canopy lighting balance.

The Lounge and Arrival Area
Natural light floods the new reception, framed by timber booths and calming tones. Lush biophilic elements and a contemporary fit-out evoke a hospitality-first experience, merging work and welcome.
CGI focus: seating realism, wood texture rendering, foliage balance, daylight diffusion.

Reception Core
The core zone amplifies vertical lines and natural materials—signalling order and calm. Integrated lighting design and sleek signage complete a highly usable space where wayfinding is intuitive.
CGI focus: signage integration, soft highlight contrast, matte finishes, architectural symmetry.

Cycle Hub & Bike Repair
A tenant-first wellness amenity. The bright and spacious bike zone makes commuting sustainable, convenient, and design-forward. Pops of yellow contrast with exposed textures to energise the experience.
CGI focus: fixture realism, light control, color balance, equipment accuracy.
